This privacy policy applies to the Smart Scan app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Shenzhen Xiaomaishi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively, the "Application"). Shenzhen Xiaomaishi Information Technology Co., Ltd. is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider" or "we".

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for cross-app precision advertising or user profiling.
The Application utilizes on-device AI algorithms to optimize QR code recognition accuracy and generation efficiency. All AI processing occurs locally on your device. No personal data is sent to external AI servers for model training or inference.
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, you enjoy the following rights regarding your personal information: right to know, right to decide, right to access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to withdraw consent, and right to cancellation. You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop data collection but does not automatically delete information already transmitted.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including transmission encryption, storage encryption, access control, and security audits, to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
